This site is situated within a flood zone. Any development should not be permitted as it would have an impact on the current drainage pattern and could increase the likelihood of flooding within the village of Barford. During 2012/2013 Wellesbourne Road has experienced groundwater flooding in numerous properties.
There are no provision of utilties at the site and no sustainable foul drainage system in place.
