The proposal is unsafe; the A4177 Birmingham Road is a very busy commuter route and there have been a number of serious accidents near this location over the years. It is not suitable for an increase in turning traffic in and out of the location.
The location is next to a very busy petrol station and is a busy junction. It is already difficult to turn into and out of Ugly Bridge Road because of volume of traffic.
This proposal would adversely affect the character of the area. It is a quiet rural environment
