Although road and junction improvements are planned these will not ease the points where roads cross the river,canal and railway where improvement is not possible snd with the increase in traffic volume these points will become bottleneck. It is doubtful that it will be possible to provide the necessary schools and local facilities from the Developer contributions through Section 106 and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
