This land is also high grade agricutural land and should not be lost to development. Even with the country park forming a separation from the village of Bishop's Tachbrook the large number of houses proposed will be highly visible from the village and will destroy the visual impact of the Warwickshire countryside for the village.There is no evidence or guarantee that infrastructure improvements needed for such a large development can be provided from the Developer contributions through Section 106 and the Community infrastructure Levy.
