This site should not be developed as the rural character would be destroyed with the loss of agricultural land, the impairment of the visual aspect on the approach to Warwick and Warwick Castle and the increase in traffic volumes. In 2009 WDC's own landscape consultant Richard Morrish recommended that this land should not to be considered for urban expansion so why is it being considered now.
