Station Approach has previously been used as car parking and is one of the largest car parks serving Leamington Spa station. It also provided all day parking for many local businesses, both within the town and on Warwick Technology Park. If developed then alternative parking on a similar all day basis is needed in similar proximity to the town and the station. Without this Leamington Spa will be a less attractive place to work and the station will be less viable for those not in walking distance.
