Section 6 outlines "Made Ground" from quarry infilling contains levels of arsenic, Copper and benzo(a)pyrene above the Generic Assessment Criteria for residential development with gardens. Whilst this is described as "slightly above", presumably the upper limit is defined in these criteria is normal - any levels above this may potentially be harmful. Building and disturbing this could have consequences on human health in the vicinity and whilst it may not release into the ground water, it is noted that there is potentially harmful substances present.
