I would like to object for the following reasons explained in attached file
1. Traffic congestion when combined combined with the proposed housing developments.
2. Site safety. This is surely not the best place for children new to the area to play given the proximity to a busy road and a canal?
3. Given that this is one of the primary roads into Warwick which tourist's use is the site the best image for people to see on the entry into town?
4. Local amenities in Hatton Park are very poor and you going to introduce further strains on already overstretched resources.
