We live on the Oakley Wood Road near Bishops Tachbrook and feel that the Local Plan Preferred Options would completely spoil the rural aspect of this area.
While we accept the need for more housing we think that the number of houses envisaged for this area would completely spoil and overwhelm the surrounding countryside. Many residents of Whitnash and Warwick Gates use the paths in this area to walk their dogs, ride their bikes or simply to go for a walk and this facility would be ruined by the density of the proposed housing.
We feel that some of the other areas, for example nearer to Coventry, would be more suitable and more convenient for many people.
