Representation Summary:

Severly criticises plans to undertake house building in Burton Green. There is no employment to support existing householders in the area never mind additional people. New houses would not match the current houses of older design. Flora and fauna of the area would be adversely affected. There will be a large increase in vehicles , the proposed access routes to the site are already overcrowded and would increase the danger to pedestrians. Infrastructure cannot support the existing population.

I wish to express my severe criticism of the plans to undertake house building in the village of Burton Green.

There is no employment to support householders in the area currently never mind additional.

The current houses are of a older design, newer house would not suit the current.

There flora and fauna of the area would be adversely effected. - please provide your guarantee that no Rare or endangered species will be affected.

There will be a large increase in the number of people and, therefore, vehicles associated with that. The proposed exit and entrance route to the proposed land for development is already overcrowded with vehicles and parking is virtually impossible as it is. As there are many children living nearby, an additional volume of cars coming in and out would, in my opinion, make the area far more dangerous for pedestrians, especially young children.

I imagine you will receive many similar objections from other residents living nearby and I trust you will refuse this application on the basis that they most definitely contravene safety in the area. Please take this advice seriously.

The infrastructure does not support the current population never mind additional population
