Respondent: Mr James Fleuty

Representation Summary:

Development of sites R21, R56 and R46 would cause traffic problems on both School Lane, Lewis Road and the Southam Road junctions due to an increase in traffic at peak times. Traffic is already a major problem in these areas specifically outside the school.

Developing any of the proposed sites in Radford Semele would give rise to inadequacies in the local social facilities. Radford Primary School is already at capacity in the lower years.

The greenfield open spaces are facilities frequently used by the local residents.

100 houses equates to an approximate 15% increase in village size.
