I doubt that this village has the "broad range of services" specified for Category 1 Villages in 7.7 (PO3); we don't even have a post office. Furthermore, the sewage system was designed just after the War and can't cope reliably with sewage from the number of houses already here (our last sewage incident was in June), so a significant improvement is needed if any more houses, let alone 100, are built here. A need for less than 20 new houses here was identified in a recent village survey.
