I object to 540 houses being built on Woodside Farm, Warwick Gates and Fieldgate Lane. These sites have not been earmarked for the provision of community facilities, i.e. a school. Warwick Gates' sense of community, already poor, will be further diminished.
The plan specifies "that new housing neighbourhoods have close access to a range of key facilities either within the development or within a short walk (e.g 15 minutes)". It would take 30mins or more to walk to the existing schools from the proposed Warwick Gates Development Land. Whitnash cannot take more houses without a Warwick Gates School.
