It is important that the village does not become joined up with Leamington and retains its identity. The proposed development will add further to the congestion in the village, put further pressure on the school and presumably the green belt is opened up to accommodate the development. The village will be put under further environmental "pressure" when HS2 built. Road and rail noise!!! As for the Radford road that is already a complete disaster - speed volume and soon somebody will be killed.
