The additional support for including a proprtion of market housing in order to promote viability is most welcome. Future funding for Affordable Housing is likely to be curtailed in the short to medium term, it is therfore both desirable and realistic to engage the private sector to fill this funding gap - however they must be allowed to make a profit or nothing will happen!
