Supports reference to the sustainable growth of the retail and leisure offer in the existing town centres, however considers that the historic core of Warwick would not be suited to major development proposals. Specific reference should be made to Warwick Racecourse as an existing tourist and leisure destination suitable to accomodate such proposals.
