Didn't Leamington Spa become affluent and grow due to tourism that had nothing to do with Warwick Castle? Dig a little deeper please and use some of the good suggestions from your residents. What about encouraging the District to grow following all sustainability principles - look at the modern forms of attraction for people as a method of tourism - don't just rely on Warwick Castle. Think of attractions for younger people and those with different tastes.
