Yes but I should like to see Leamington become a centre of interest for those concerned with renewable energy. We should try to become self sufficient in energy - mixing water power (the Leam); wind power (currently Leamington is identifiable at a distance by that ghastly block of flats, why not have a wind farm up there instead?); clean methane from chip shop and restaurant olil; council subsidies for solar panels - all of this to belong to us giving no cheaper fuel for houses and cleaner cars.
