The Wellesbourne agricultural research site is small and it's ownership by the University of Warwick should not be relied on too much.
Any development on Wellesbourne airfield should focus on providing local employment (rather than logistics hubs creating traffic) because Wellesbourne has a great deal of housing and not much employment.

All the new housing developments are going to be dormitory towns as there is no work locally particularly around Shipston where the majority have work out of the area requiring a car to get there. The roads are already crowded and adding 3000 more cars going to and from work will not help.

You are not showing enough ambition or vision, Stoneleigh could easily be turned into a sports and activity centre for the south Warwickshire region, as a regional hub, ie, skateboard park, multipurpose pitches, etc, this could be achieved with the support of Sport England and DCMS, plus national governing bodies, there is no sport and active hub in south Warwickshire and this must be included in this plan, and involved think active and the actIvation project IN its development, THIS COULD BE A HUGE ASSET AND BRING INVESTMENT INTO THE AREA

While development in the Stoneleigh area is encouraged, it must be considered alongside the extensive housing and employment growth planned in the South Coventry and North Leamington areas. These developments will significantly impact local infrastructure. Both sites, adjacent to major roads, are already affected by HS2 and other transport projects, which offer no direct benefits to local communities. The increase in traffic from both developments could worsen congestion, particularly on the A46 and surrounding roads. Transport improvements must address the cumulative impact of these projects to ensure the area can accommodate this growth without overwhelming existing infrastructure.

Agree with this approach and support the development of the University of Warwick Innovation Centre however the traffic management in and out of the facility needs to be carefully managed to avoid rat runs through Charlecote and Hampton Lucy.
In addition it is vital that the flying functions of Wellesbourne Airfield are maintained and enhanced and there is no interruption to the training of new pilots and the helicopter facility is equally protected.

BFI is the UK’s lead organisation for film and the moving image.
BFI’s storage facility at Lighthorne forms an integral part of the BFI’s National Archive. BFI is currently looking at options to expand its operations at this long-established brownfield site.
The BFI facility is a nationally significant cultural asset in South Warwickshire. BFI supports the draft Policy Direction 14. The site should be formally recognised as one of the other major economic assets identified in the Local Plan alongside Major Investment Sites.
This approach is supported by NPPF para 86(a) and Footnote 43.

The opportunity for road rail infrastructure development is more viable and cost effective. Long Marston will be able to gain its own identity as they are already under expansion.

I have concerns about further development of the university of Warwick site - there are major traffic congestion issues already around there at peak times

It is noted that there is no planned improvement to road infrastructure around Wellesbourne despite the planned development. This area is already problematic for example when the market is on.
