Thank you for consulting the Homes and Community Agency on Radford Semele Neighbourhood Area application.

The Agency supports the delivery of housing to meet identified local needs and supports the preparation of Neighbourhood Plans where they are clear in promoting development.
However as the Agency is not a landowner within the boundary of the Neighbourhood plan, we will not be submitting a formal response in this instance.

Thank you for consulting the Homes and Community Agency on Radford Semele Neighbourhood Area application.
