Representation ID: 66739

Received: 27/06/2014

Respondent: The Rosconn Group

Agent: Miss Donna Savage

Legally compliant? Yes

Sound? No

Duty to co-operate? Yes

Representation Summary:

Objector disputes the Village Sites Appraisal Matrix with specific reference to sites in Cubbington. Sites 3 & 4 are preferable to the allocated sites in Cubbington by way of being better screened and not including any development on open Green Belt land. Further, the allotments would be improved and converted to statutory allotments for the benefit of the community
