Critical that the Council can demonstrate the ability of the housing market to deliver the required housing on the large sites south of Warwick and Leamington. Land to the north of Leamington at Old Milverton provides an appropriate and sustainable opportunity to deliver an urban extension to assist in providing choice and meeting housing needs. The development of the site could include a mix of uses, including employment land, a care village a local centre, a primary school and significant open space.
