The wording of the preferred options is too restrictive in relation to change of use from Class B (Employment Uses). Specifically, the NPPF states that employment land should not be protected where there is no reasonable prospect of it being used for that purpose. The current wording of the employment section therefore does not have sufficient regard to market signals and whether land could be better used for a differnet form of development
