The access to this site is through Barford conservation area up a lane which is single track access. The route would compromise the safe route of primary school children to St Peters School Barford , pedestrian access to St Georges Field recreation area, emergency access to elderly Church Lane residents, access to st Peters cemetary and a public footpath up Church Lane. There are ecological considerations also since the area contains a natural pool of high ecological value to the area. It is total madness to consider taking construction vehicles up this rural single track lane.
