Depending upon the scale, nature, number of units within this development the overall number of properties in the village may increase by 50%. This is highly significant, would alter the nature of the village, much of which sits within a conservation area with adjoining listed buildings, structures of historical interest, dramatically and hence does not sit well within the ‘Spatial Growth Strategy section of the South Warwickshire sustainable development needs’ or ‘Well-designed and beautiful South Warwickshire’ objectives. Farnborough PC are opposed to this specific development option RefID 722 being taken further without significant amendments to its overall scope and nature.
