Strategic Growth Location SG17 Question

Other settlements and strategic growth locations are more suitable. ie. the ones where residents can walk or cycle to a train station should be prioritised. The more residents that rely on their car the more carbon we will emit - electric cars are not carbon neutral.
Shipston must get more infrastructure, and if that means another 100 or so houses by 2050, then residents will be ok with that. It is just that everyone has had such a bad experience of new developments. I think SDC has 1 example of good development (the passivhaus homes in Wooten Wawen)

Especially in relation to county farms - they should always be kept as farms, as they offer a really precious resource for new entrant farmers.
