Subject to the standard method housing figures being utilised, we are broadly in agreement on the chapter as a whole and would expect the Council to spread growth throughout the District so that all areas share the delivery.

Yes, although we would expect the growth in the District to be spread throughout and to all levels of settlement, but to an appropriate level of provision for the locality in each instance.

We welcome the low score the site received as part of the HELAA assessments (Ref: 669) and to reiterate that the site remains accessible, available and achievable, as the best scoring site in Long Marston.

We look forward to working with the Council to bring forward this site as an allocation for residential development.
