Site 712 : Land on the East side of Church Lane, Barford
Heritage concerns in regard to the proposed site forming part of the grounds between Barford Lodge and Watchbury House, both Grade II-listed. Potential to sever historic relationship and harmfully impact on setting of both, undermining bucolic character and significance, by enclosing land between with development. Alongside this, considered potential to distort linear settlement pattern of this historic section of village.
