Potential Settlement Question C1
Representation ID: 96145
Received: 04/03/2025
Respondent: Baddesley Clinton Parish Council
I believe this site is wholly inappropriate being entirely within Green Belt and served poorly by infrastructure in terms of bus routes, train transport etc The Road network in this area is unsuitable for a large development with many roads in or around the area are too narrow to have centre lane markings. There is inadequate school, medical or shopping facilities without commuting. There would also be substantial detrimental effects upon wildlife habitats.

Any large scale developments, or even moderate scale developments for the benefit of those living outside Warwickshire would result in significant increase in commuting which from an environmental standpoint is unacceptable.
