With a sustainable land supply, continual new settlements are not sustainable, therefore it should not happen. If you do not accept this argument, the other point is that this land is in the greenbelt; there is plenty of land nearby outside the greenbelt on which a settlement could be built so there is no exceptional need for this settlement.

I support the development of new settlements above allocating housing to small existing settlements. new settlements can be planned from the outset in integrate utilities for residents.

I do not agree with the concept of developing areas near to railway corridors. I do not believe that the Stratford to Birmingham railway service is of sufficient value to identify development sites.

Tanworth-in-Arden is not a suitable location as it is Green Belt land.

This is a rural area. Apart from one railway station - Danzey - there is no existing infrastructure. It is green belt and beautiful hilly countryside. The roads are narrow. Other Settlement Locations are much more suitable as they are closer to existing main roads and railway lines and in closer proximity to existing towns.

This area reflects hugely important greenbelt in providing a breakwater for development, maintaining countryside for all to enjoy. The village and surrounding views and natural habitat and wildlife should be maintained at all costs othersie it will be lost for future generations to enjoy. This community has already had considerable housing built within the village itself - which is a conservation area! It does not need more. Building again, this close to a conservation area would have a devastating effect on the very fabric of the village which is supposed to be preserved.
Additionally, the effect this will have on the countryside here and rural life in general would be profound. We are not on the outskirts of a city, as many of the other option are. This level of building here would not be easily absorbed.

Beautiful quaint village, drs can not cope you call dead on 8:30 you lucky to get an appointment or are 30 in a Que.
There is so much wildlife in the woods roe deer, foxes badger sets , buzzards , owls , bats you will be taking away more habitat. Our home is in the map, we have farm animals graze 8 horses and sheep, pigs and small holding. Our home is our future to pass to our children and it would de value it if we had to sell it.

There is no way the surrounding roads could cope with the additional traffic.

There are efforts at enviroment/ biodiversity restoration the area. Heart of england have planted trees over 100 acres, and another local resident and I have planted trees over 20 acres. This development would be severely detrimental to the local environment.

Having lived in Ullenhall for 10 years and chosen to bring reside in a rural community away from towns or cities. I object to more rural land being used for housing when brown belt sites are available.
Housing needs to be affordable and not built in rural areas for middle class upwards to purchase but younger individuals surrounded by suitable amenities.

Wrong location / building on green built / will be lobbied by developers as an easy site. Urban sites / brown fields sites first. This would be urban sprawl. Wrong place for new settlement. Should be reviewed against all current policies' - it's not grey belt. Care needed from lobbying mass house builders - as this fits their easy site wins and they will try and push the council to allow these types of sites. Housing can be delivered in better places where local centres are already there and really need new housing to prevent urban decline.

I have lived in Further Hill Grange 35 years and have complained many times about Ullenhall Lane during my time on the Ullenhall Parish Council. The unclassified road is a rat run between 06.00 - 09.30 and 16.30 - 19.30 during normal days and far worse when there is a problem on the M42. Unless there is plan to purchase land on a compulsory basis I see no way in which site A1 could be developed at its southern perimeter.
