Para 6.7 The supporting paragraph contains a sentence ' Linear development of PBSA along the canal will not be suitable.' It is not clear to me what this means. However if it is a direct instruction, piece of policy, perhaps it should be in the policy section itself?
Policy CS6. Why is the word 'encouraged' used for PBSA here? Esp before the PBSA DPD has been developed? Perhaps the word 'supported' or 'permitted' should be used instead as it is in subsequent policies? (eg CS7)
