Representation ID: 70432

Received: 01/05/2017

Respondent: Ms Katherine Taylor

Representation Summary:

There is no adequate Travel Assessment or Travel Plan for the massive development planned on king's Hill. Coventry planners have suggested that there will be about 8100 extra cars (1.8 for each dwelling) The road network is already very busy and I can't see how it can cope with so much extra traffic,

Representation ID: 70444

Received: 02/05/2017

Respondent: Mr Stuart Morrison

Representation Summary:

Any increase in the housing numbers for the Kings Hill development and therefore traffic into the St Martins Road / Green lane area of Coventry is not sustainable.
Currently Paul Boulton - Head of Transport and Infrastructure in Coventry states there are no current plans to study or deal with any increase in traffic from a Kings Hill Development. (Quote from Finham Residents Association Meeting 27/03/17)
David Barber - WDC planner stated that any plans for dealing with traffic into St Martins Road / Green Lane would be the responsibility of Coventry City Council.
This is not an acceptable plan.
