The coalition government issued 'Laying the Foundations:
A Housing Strategy for England' in November 2011 which supported Self-Build as a way to help provide housing in England;
I object to the Warwick District Plan modification based on the fact it talks a lot but it is without substance and excludes actual or positive action.

The Government Policy for supporting Self-Build was issued by the coalition government in 2011; It is disappointing to see no provision for Self-Build within the Warwick Local Plan. There are no Self-Build plots provisioned in the plan and still talking about producing polices; this means there will be no positive steps taken before the next plan which is after 2029!
With all the developments in the area or new ones start after approval of the WD Plan, this policy only talks without actual action or plan; there are no completion dates but Urgent positive action and implementation is required Now.
