I have objected because when a final version of the Plan is 'made' by Warwick District Council, the Bishops Tachbrook Neighbourhood Plan will be a legal document until 31 March 2029. A 13 plus year period is an exceedingly long time when there is almost no flexibility in regard to additional housing. Can we have a statement along the lines of 'There shall be the ability to make changes by discussion between WDC and BTPC, with either party able to raise a proposed change. Both parties shall agree to try to reach an agreement in regard the that proposed change'.

There must be better prevention of coalescence.
There should be protection of the visual amenity of the area as well as better respect for the rural and historic value of the area.

To whom it may concern,
Thank you for consulting Natural England on the above mentioned Neighbourhood Development Plan.
Having reviewed the latest draft Natural England has no further comments to make at this stage.
Natural England does not have the resources to get involved in all neighbourhood plans and will prioritise our detailed engagement to those plans that may impact on internationally or nationally designated nature conservation sites. We are generally supportive of the plan.

In response to Bishop's Tachbrook Draft Neighbourhood Development Plan please accept Public Health Warwickshire's Neighbourhood Development Planning for Health document (attached).
The document contains evidence and guidance for promoting healthy, active communities through the neighbourhood planning process. Alongside this, Public Health England's local health tool can be used to understand the health needs of the population in Bishop's Tachbrook.
If the Parish Council wishes to discuss the guidance document or the local health tool further, please can contact myself or Eva Neale (copied in) and we would be happy to help.

Bishop's Tachbrook Neighbourhood Development Plan

Respondent: Historic England
Thank you for your consultation.
Historic England is gratified to note that our previous comments (29th October 2014 and 29th May 2015) have been taken account of in this iteration of the Plan.
The Plan now properly acknowledges undesignated "historic assets" and the importance of their conservation and enhancement is now recognised within core historic environment policies.
Accordingly, we are now supportive of the content of the Plan and have no further substantive comments.
I hope you find this advice helpful.
