Representation Summary:

Existing amenities and infrastructure (in Hampton Magna) could not support another 100 houses which would add anothe 250-300 adults and children. Budbrooke School is already at capacity and there is only one small shop and post office and one doctors surgery.

Respondent: Mr Robert Davis

Representation Summary:

Hampton Magna is not an appropriate area for an additional 100 houses:
-road congestion is already a problem due to developments at Warwick Parkway. Access to the A4177 is very restricted and leads to significant congestion. Parking takes place on pavements and adds to congestion.
-road safety is an issue due to people avoiding parking charges at Parkway
-public transport is limited especially in the evening
-Budbrooke Road is used as a rat run and additonal housing will add to the problem.
-the sewerage system is already at capacity
-the school is at capacity
