I object to the creation of any facility in the Green Belt such as sports clubs or centres or golf clubs, where a need for parking, buildings, hardstandings or any replacement of natural features occurs. Particularly if justified by a Planning deal to grant Planning Permission on a School playing field within the town.

Regarding point 16.12 NPPF, none of these points apply to the proposed housing plans on Loes Farm. In fact, building housing on this land would go directly against several of the points, particularly those concerning biodiversity and retaining and enhancing landscapes.
