Why was there no consideration of the creation of a new settlement (similar to Southam) - possibly near A46/J15 where there are direct links to road network. Why was there no consideration of the option to disperse growth across the District which was preferred by the public from the initial consulation?

Representation Summary:

Ridiculous number of properties to put in one rural area. Threatens existence of Bishop's Tachbrook, whose housing need survey showed need for 15 homes not 4200.
Congestion, pollution and speeding will only worsen.
Utilities and services already overstretched. Concern at length of time for emergency services to reach their destination.

Large estates bring own problems in terms of lack of social cohesion and anti-scoial behaviour.
