The area of land highlighted on the attached map is part of the Canal Conservation Area designated by the Council in January 2019. Having reviewed this section of the Conservation Area boundary, the Council is proposing to remove the area highlighted in yellow from the Conservation Area on the grounds that the property, known as Clinton House, and its curtilage is not of special architectural or historic interest to merit designation.
