Stratford-Upon-Avon needs evaluating on its own. It has serious issues and is rapidly losing its identity as a historic town. Visually it is crumbling, and the economy is massively suffering. More and more cafes are opening, and then rapidly close due to competition. The high street seriously need investment. Shops are either empty or falling apart. Restaurants are poorly managed due to lack of staff.
In terms of boundaries, Leamington Spa has almost joined up with Warwick due to development. Please ensure that Local Centres still maintain their boundaries and do not merge. They each need their own identities.
