• Foul drainage already inadequate on Rouncil Lane (Abattoir).
• Significant adverse effect on access to well-used footpaths into countryside.
• Negative impact on landscape quality: Arden Special Landscape Area with historical significance as part of Kenilworth’s castle “Olde Parke”. Important views and openness across to Kenilworth castle.
