Valuable Green Belt land will be destroyed, this should be protected for future generations. Ancient hedgerows, trees, well used footpaths, farmland, and space between Leek Wootton will destroyed. The view from Kenilworth Castle, a Grade 1 listed building will be significantly destroyed. All GPs, dentists and schools are already over subscribed and over stretched due to the current house building in Kenilworth. There are no local bus services for the proposed site meaning a significant increase in traffic on already busy local roads. The cycle route 52 would become less safe due to this increase in traffic.
