The Employment Land Study did not identify a need for further office allocations to meet the minimum identified need in the Stratford District. Clearly, the latter results from a limited amount of employment available. Therefore, the Plan's objective of internalising trips within BW would not be met as the majority of employment for residents would exist externally. This would obviously affect the amount of car use and require challenging and costly development of the surrounding road and rail connections as well as impacting carbon emissions.
