Totally unrealistic. Has anyone from Government actually visited the proposed site? The main A3400 road which is the only access and exit to the development is already struggling to cope with residents and visitors (it is an international tourist town) The approaches to Statford are often gridlocked. Railway stations do not have car parking facilities and are situated on narrow lanes. In addition local wildlife will disappear from the villlages.
