According to the Employment Land Study no further office allocations to meet the minimum need in the Stratford area are required. This is because of low availability of jobs which would impact on the proposed BW settlement. Jobs for residents there would essentially be some distance from the settlement and this would involve travel by car requiring improved road and rail infrastructure, both difficult and expensive to achieve.
