Too vague on infrastructure support, stating agreement could be acquiesce to anything.
Warwick, a small town centre with listed buildings, narrow roads, a small hospital (waiting times and parking already an issue) secondary school places already insufficient, major trunk roads are hotspots for closures due to accidents and works, leading to standstills in the town of Warwick, knocking on to Hampton on the Hill & Hampton Magna gridlock. Current ongoing housing expansion evident in various directions around Warwick and Leamington. So feasibility of providing infrastructure essentials as a prerequisite to house building, should be a key objective at the outset.
