The evidence of current houses built in the approach to Leamington actually detract from the tourism experience. Their designs and layout do nothing to enhance the quality of the community. The developers have proven that this over development actually does nothing to enhance the quality of life. As a resident of Leamington for 63 years, Leamington , Warwick and surrounding areas are the worst they have ever been for quality of life. These proposals will actually make qaulity of life worse for the environment. There is no evidence to support that this is a sustainable solution.
