No such thing as sustainable growth or development.
No evidence from existing developments that the planning infrastructure is able to promote or even influence good design.
There is no mention of preserving or enhancing our town centres which have been decimated by misguided policies and parking restrictions.
Despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary the plans still parrot the woke nonsense about active travel routes with more money to be wasted on unused walking and cycling networks. People need to be able to carry goods, move children and elderly people about and wont use bikes or walk in inclement weather.
