Lack of local infrastructure to support it such as schools shops GP surgeries already under high pressure.
No rail links. Local roads already under too much pressure. Drainage & sewerage already insufficient with regular flooding. Increased urbanization on top of HS2 & Southam housing will harm character of landscape & impinge on views from Burton Dassett hills. Road links to M40 poor and local roads already too busy & dangerous with increased HGVs.
