With ref to the Bearly/Wilmcote development - This is in conflict with the extremely limited area given over to Stratford's primary shopping area, which is clearly too small to accommodate the huge increase in population that would look to use it. Therefore these people travel to Leamington or Redditch to shop. So put the developments there to minimise environmental impact.
