Bearly/Wilmcote: It is one of the furthest locations away from the major investment sites!! Just because two farmers offer their land for sales that could accommodate 6,000+ houses, does not mean the we should convince ourselves that some facts carry enough weight to agree with this development location. Surely the developments should be located near the major investment locations for environmental reasons, unless you plan cycle paths from Bearly to these locations.
